Each year, the IMC Summit brings together the people closest to our work: the IMC team, our board of directors, and the chief executives of our seven operating companies. For a few unhurried days, we make time for conversation, connection, and thinking about what comes next. This November, we gather at The Dewberry, a landmark of Southern hospitality in the heart of historic Charleston.
The Summit is deliberately small. Every person in the room is here because their perspective matters to the future of IMC. Sessions are candid, the agenda leaves room to breathe, and the evenings belong to good food and better company. Spouses and guests are warmly welcome throughout.
Registration takes about five minutes, and everything we need is gathered in one place: travel plans, dinner preferences, and activity selections. Kristen Jacot handles every detail from there. We look forward to seeing you in Charleston.

We are pleased to welcome Shane Parrish, founder of Farnam Street, as this year's featured speaker. Shane has spent more than a decade helping leaders master the best of what other people have already figured out: clear thinking, sound judgment, and decision-making that holds up over time. His work is read by executives, investors, and operators around the world.
Shane joins us Wednesday for a keynote and open conversation with the Summit group, an unhurried session on judgment, decision-making, and building organizations that compound.

Wednesday afternoon is yours. Choose from four ways to experience Charleston, and tell us your first and second preference when you register. Spaces are limited for some activities, and Kristen will confirm your placement personally.
An afternoon of quiet luxury without leaving the hotel. The Dewberry's spa draws on Southern rituals and botanicals for a restorative few hours. Spaces are limited, and preferences are confirmed in the order registrations arrive.
A guided walk through the Holy City: antebellum architecture, hidden gardens, cobblestone alleys, and three centuries of history, led by one of Charleston's finest storytellers. Comfortable shoes recommended.
See the city the way it was meant to be seen, from the water. An afternoon sail across Charleston Harbor, past Fort Sumter and the Battery, with refreshments aboard.
An afternoon round at one of the Lowcountry's celebrated courses, with transportation, clubs, and caddies arranged. All skill levels welcome.
Set on Marion Square in the heart of the historic district, The Dewberry occupies the lovingly restored mid-century Federal building at 343 Meeting Street. It is Southern hospitality at its most refined: brass and walnut, oyster-shell plaster, and a bar that has become a Charleston institution. All Summit sessions, meals, and accommodations are under one roof.
Accommodations. A room block is reserved for Summit guests for the nights of November 10 and 11. Your room is arranged for you; there is nothing to book. Simply tell us your arrival and departure dates when you register, and Kristen will handle the rest, including any nights you'd like to add before or after the Summit.
Getting here. Charleston International Airport (CHS) is roughly twenty minutes from the hotel, with direct flights from most major cities. Airport transfers are available in both directions; note your flight details when you register and a car will be waiting. If you're driving, valet parking is available at the hotel.
Weather and attire. Charleston in November is at its best, with days in the 60s and 70s and cool evenings. Business casual carries the days; cocktail attire for the evening receptions and the Summit Dinner.
